Sandhills Emergency Physicians is an independent and democratic group of emergency medicine specialists whose members are all board certified or eligible (through residency training in emergency medicine) by the American Board of Emergency Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine.
We aspire to be highly effective practitioners of emergency medicine and advocate principles of equity. Our goal is to personally provide excellence in emergency medical care to all of our patients with due regard to the needs of their families and society, their personal physicians and each other, as members of a highly qualified and skilled team of emergency medicine specialists.
We are looking for residency trained EM physicians seeking a partnership opportunity. Residency trained ABEM/ABOEM BE/BC physicians may apply. The offer encompasses fair and equitable scheduling from day one in a democratic group with a 2-year partnership track.
Pinehurst is a world-renowned resort centrally located in the Sandhills of North Carolina. Our physicians and families enjoy a short drive to the ocean, mountains, and several highly acclaimed universities. The majority of our physicians start and finish their career in this family-oriented community which also boasts equestrian activities, trails, lakes, and other outdoor sports activities.
We currently staff a 4-hospital system in adjacent counties with varying acuities, volumes, and demographics:
Moore Regional main campus in Pinehurst
Hoke Campus in Raeford
Richmond Campus in Rockingham
Montgomery Memorial in Troy
Requirements:
Education: Doctorate (MD/DO) Required
Completed Residency in Emergency Medicine
Emergency Medicine Board Certified/Eligible
Salary: $200.00 per hour
